Pump-out facilities are provided to facilitate our mandatory pump-out requirements. Pump-out requirements have been established by law and by permit to prevent discharge of both black water (toilets) and gray water (showers) in the marina basin. MIMA management has directed its dockmaster to maintain safety procedures and recording of mandatory overboard sea cock tagging and pump-out events.

Purchasing A Slip

Within the marina, 118 slips are privately owned & amp; 4 slips are owned by the Marco Island Marina Association. A list of owner's slips available for resale is available in the Dockmaster’s office. If interested, please call 239/642-2531 or stop by the marina. You will receive:

  • An up-to-date list with size of slip, location within the marina and the contact name and phone number for each slip
  • Schematic of the marina
  • Maintenance Fee Schedule, pro-rated by dock foot

Daily Transient Rates

DAILY RATES-BASED ON BOAT FOOT 35’ MINIMUM

Effective 5/1/22: $4.00 per foot + utilities* + 6% tax

Utility Charges:

  • 30 amp: $5.00 per night
  • 30/30 or 50 amp: $10.00 per night
  • 50/50 or 100 amp: $20.00 per night

ALL Boats must be covered by insurance. Boats in over 30 days must submit a certificate of proof of insurance.

Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Cash, & Checks accepted.

Cancellation Policy: You will be asked for a credit card number at the time of reservation. If your plans change and you do not call us, we will charge your credit card for one night.

Transients may use the MIYC Clubhouse Lounge and Restaurant-obtain temporary card at check-in when registering with the Dockmaster Staff.

Leasing Rates Based on Dock Foot

WEEKLY RATES (6 nites,7 days) effective 6/1/22

  • 40’ DOCK $600.00 + electric + 6% tax
  • 45’ DOCK $675.00 + electric + 6% tax
  • 50’ DOCK $750.00 + electric + 6% tax
  • 61’ DOCK $915.00 + electric + 6% tax
  • 85’ DOCK $1,275.00 + electric + 6% tax
  • 100’DOCK $1,500.00 + electric + 6% tax

SLIP-OWNERS SET THEIR OWN LEASE AMOUNTS AND TERMS. BELOW ARE THE CURRENT "STANDARD" LEASING RATES WHICH MOST OWNERS FOLLOW. LEASES MUST BE OF A FORM APPROVED BY THE ASSOCIATION.

MONTHLY RATES (Increase scheduled for 9/1/22)

  • 40’ DOCK $900.00 + 6% tax = $954.00
  • 45’ DOCK $1100.00 + 6% tax = $1,166.00
  • 50’ DOCK $1400.00 + 6% tax = $1,484.00
  • 61’ DOCK $1760.00 + 6% tax = $1,865.60
  • 85’ DOCK $2300.00 + 6% tax = $2,438.00
  • 100’DOCK $3000.00 + 6% tax = $3,180.00
  • 3 month minimum from November through March

SEMI ANNUAL/6 MONTHS

  • 40’- $5,400.00 + $324.00 tax = $5,724.00
  • 45’- $6,600.00 + $396.00 tax = $6,996.00
  • 50’- $8,400.00 + $504.00 tax = $8,904.00
  • 61’- $10,560.00 + $633.60 tax = $11,193.60
  • 85’- $13,800.00 + $828.00 tax = $14,628.00
  • 100’-$18,000.00 + $1,080.00 tax = $19,080.00

ANNUAL LEASE/12 MONTHS

  • 40’- $10,800.00 + $648.00 tax = $11,448.00
  • 45’- $13,200.00 + $792.00 tax = $13,992.00
  • 50’- $16,800.00 + $1,008.00 tax = $17,808.00
  • 61’- $21,120.00 + $1,267.20 tax = $22,387.20
  • 85’- $27,600.00 + $1,656.00 tax = $29,256.00
  • 100’-$36,000.00 + $2,160.00 tax = $38,160.00

    Additional Charges and Requirements for Monthly, Semi-Annual & Annual Lessees

  • $50.00 monthly basic utility charge for water, sewer, wifi and the meter box-whether used or not.
  • Monthly metered electric if used.
  • Vessel length overall including bowsprit and swim platform must not exceed over 10% beyond the nominal length of slip when docked in a slip
  • Boat owner must have boat insurance with a minimum of $1 million in liability with Marco Island Marina Association and the slip owner listed as additional insured. This could include an umbrella on homeowners policy provided it states watercraft and totals $1 million with the boat insurance
  • Lessee must sign and agree to a background check for a cost of $55.00 if US Citizen, a little more if not U.S.
  • Vessel must be in good condition (photo required if 10 years or older) Dockmaster has discretion for approval of all vessels
  • First and last month’s rent due with the execution of lease agreement
  • Must read, sign and abide by general marina rules
  • Monthly surcharge & electric charges due in addition to rent
  • No more than one pet, cannot be a barker and must be kept leashed
  • Upland facilities must always be used for showers and laundry
  • Key or combination to be given to the Dockmaster’s office in the event that the Dockmaster must get aboard the vessel
  • Lessees must be members of the MIYC or reciprocal club to use the clubhouse

Owner pays marina a fixed dollar fee per month for billing & collection, tax remittance and other services. Fees are currently set at:
